The special issue will complement the 10th Veolia Institute International Conference, on the theme of “From Resource Scarcity to Availability: Strategic Materials for a Low Carbon Future”. Organised in partnership with The Oxford Martin School at the University of Oxford, the conference will take place on 2-3 November 2017 in Oxford, UK.
Abstracts submitted to the special issue will also be considered for presentation at the conference.
